This One's for Mutti

No, your eyes do not deceive you. That is a bogey. And it came from my darling's eeny-weeny nose. We christened it "Rogue Bogey II" in honour of a particularly massive piece of nose-jam that Molly once produced.

A bit disgusting but huge fun. It just kept coming... and coming... and coming... like a magician with a rope of silk scarves. I bet Sebbo felt FAB when it was all out! I know I personally felt quite triumphant.

I do apologise to those of you who are not of the snot-and-scabs-and-pimples-are-interesting persuasion, but Mutti and I are, we can't help it, so there you go.

  1. Rogue Bogey no 2 is indeed a whopping specimen.
Well done Seb for producing it and well done Mummy for extracting it. What a team, eh?
So glad you have a blog so that I don't miss glorious moments like these - you are most kind, mein Iz. Your mother thanks you xx

  2. Is the entire family obsessed by things disgusting? BTW, you didn't mention BLACKHEADS, the squeezing of which is the best occupation known to man - er- I mean wo-man.

You're welcome, ma'am, I knew you would enjoy it. Ah the simple pleasures of life.

If only I had you down here to help me convince Molly that blackhead squeezing is top fun. She is inexplicably resistant.

You are SO RIGHT about the blackheads, and it is quite unforgivable of me to have omitted such an important member of the Bodily Bits family. Oooh, in a dozen years I'll have a teenage boy to de-blackhead. Lalala!

You, ma'am, have out-disgusted me on a post about bogies. I am well impressed with you. Kudos.

  7. I think somebody should point out, at least our family bogeys are not used as sustenance...Now, that would be gross.

*whispers* I won't bring up my daughter's horrid habits when young, then... Time to draw the line!

Was dead impressed to get an email from Liam's sister saying that I'd forgotten to mention the joys of earwax. Oh, we are all as horrid as one another! It's not just our family :)
